So first off, I loved the picture. But my wife really loved it. I ensured to send multiple head shots to ensure the "painting" would be as accurate as possible. That being said, I paid extra for express shipping, and it took much longer than it should. That is my only complaint, so if PMR wants to refund me my express shipping cost I would be very happy with the experience of shopping here. I might buy more in the future.

Who ever the artist was they nailed it! I sent them 2 photos and asked for the smile and eyes from one photo and the hair from the other photo. It came out better then I could have ever imagined. They did it in one take and it was perfect.

Took a picture of my niece. Sent it in for a gift for my sister and brother in law.
They sent me the proof, and it looked ok. A few weeks later my sister called and couldn't stop laughing. The three of them were cracking up. I asked about the quality and was told it was perfect.

What an amazing idea! My wife does not like surprises good or bad. That is just how she is hardwired. But I have to say she LOVED the picture! I liked the idea so much I purchase two more for my two daughters who also were super surprised and loved their pics as well. I was a little nervous not knowing if they would like the pic selection but all three loved their pics.
