The actual finished product didn't really look exactly like the portrait that was approved. In the portrait that was shown to me, my husband's eyes were blue and the background on the painting was very clear. The actual finished product didn't look exactly like that sample. The background is not completely clear. But, I like it well enough. It's our second purchase. I think they are cute.

Ordered 3 portraits: The King, Prince and African King. It came out great!! The customer service, has been great to work with. I had several changes (like add a left ear (from an uploaded photo), remove a scar, decrease the ears etc. I even, changed the royal from The Proud king to African King. (They notified me that one change without fee is okay but if you revert, its a $10 charge.) Customer service was outstanding! They notify you when to edit or approve; when its ready; and, when it’s shipped! It takes a few days for edits so be patient. Overall, I would purchase from them again! All pictures, came out beautiful! It didn’t look cut out! Even, though they have wonderful themes, I’m hoping they can get more diversity in portraits, like Hawaiian king/princess? Different oriental themes? More African themes?
